What do I have to do to become a Subscriber?

🐻 We will send you an  invoice around the 27th of each month for your chosen subscription.

🐻 Once payment has been received, we will send out your kit in letterbox friendly packaging.

🐻 You can choose to have a monthly surprise or let us know what you would like once your invoice has gone out. You can also choose your colour preferences at this point. Otherwise, we will choose for you.

🐻 If, at any stage, you would like to pause or stop your subscription, all you have to do is let us know. We all have times when things need to take a breather for one reason and another, so we will understand.
We will, however, send you out gentle reminders if you have paused to see if you are ready to restart.

🐻 There is no tie in period. But we do hope that you stay with us of course!
